1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using braid.el, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. What braid.el is
braid.el is a marketplace connecting salons, independent braiders, and clients. We provide the platform for discovery, messaging, and booking — we are not a party to the services arranged between users.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use braid.el to post false information, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent the platform's safety or verification features.
5. Bookings and payments
Arrangements made between salons, braiders, and clients are between those parties. braid.el may introduce platform fees or payment processing in the future, with advance notice.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll notify users of material changes before they take effect.
